For those of us who hold liberal progressive values, we are living through very challenging times. Tough times call for tough spiritual warriors. How can we take good care of ourselves right now? We need a spiritual practice that can feed our hearts and strengthen our resilience. We need gratitude, even amidst the current chaos. It is up to us to see the blessings as they come. There will be moments of beauty in your life in the days, weeks, months and years ahead. Moments of awe and wonder. Warmth and comfort. There will be times of joy, of love, of laughter shared with family and friends. It will be important to notice all that is good and to be grateful for all that is our lives. Tough times call for even tougher spiritual practices to keep us fully charged and more fully alive. Zoom access here. Order of Service and Announcements here.
